MRI results and Soccer Trophy

We got the official word today from the oncology clinic and Ryan's MRI was clear!!! Six months down only 60 more years to go!
In other news, Ryan was dying to show everyone his soccer trophy. I promised him we could put a picture on here of it for all to see. He had a great year in soccer and played for really good coaches that worked hard to keep him involved but also did well with him when he wasn't at 100%. Ryan got to play goalie a lot which kept him from having to run up and down the field so much and he also got to kick the ball plenty of times. He loved being a part of the team again (he had missed it a lot last year while in the hospital). He is very proud of this new trophy so feel free to ask him to tell you about it if you run into him, he will be more than willing to go into great detail about it. Ryan's sitting here with me and just told me to add that he wanted me to tell everyone that he puts it on his nightstand and then every morning wakes up and looks to see if it is still there (his daddy threw away his trophy from soccer two years ago and has never lived it down since). He also wants me to put that he loves his new kitty cats!

Ryan, You don't know me but I am good friends with Lauren's mom Christie. I live in Ohio and a while ago Christie told me about your blog. I have thought of you a lot and check your blog often. You have been in my prayers and I am praising God for your clear scan! I love this picture of you with your trophy. I hope you have continued healing. Christie has told me you are quite a special friend to Lauren and her family. God Bless You!

Mr. Ryan, I am so proud of you for getting this nice trophy. I bet you were the best goalie ever. I am also glad your mri was looking great. I know those test are so hard, but so worth it to be sure you are feeling fine! How about your new kitty's... we need some PICS of those sweet babies... tell your mom to snap some with you and Addie and post them on here for us. I hope to see you soon.
hugs to you and your mom and your sister and of course that daddy of yours,
Miss Betsy
