Mary Lee pregnancy issues

This note is a week late because we just simply forgot to post anything about it but Mary Lee has been having high blood pressure problems the last few weeks and as of last Monday she was placed on strict bed rest by her doctor until this baby is born. Mary Lee is now thirty-five weeks pregnant so we only have a month to go. Since she is on bed rest she can't go anywhere and isn't allowed to do any work around the house, she is stuck on the couch on in the bed. It has only been a week but she is starting to get a little restless although she has been good about doing what she is supposed to be doing. I've been going to work a little later in the mornings so that I can get the kids up and off to school and her mother has begun staying several nights a week to help out with the kids in the afternoons before I come home and to help do laundry and stuff. I've got a great mother-in-law who works her tail off when she is here and is willing to come on short notice whenever we need her. For the next few weeks though we will be playing a constant juggling act to ensure that someone is always here with Mary Lee to help her out. Thanks again to our Sunday School class that has started bringing some meals to us a couple times a week.
On a different note...All of you need to start working hard on Mary Lee to get her to come around and warm up to the name Andrew Thomas Carrigan. Ryan and I are still in ongoing negotiations with Mary Lee on what we should name this baby. Apparently my wife is slightly stubborn so we still have not won her over. She is still leaning toward Samuel or Jacob.

35 weeks? Already? Time flies when it is someone else's pregnancy.

Mary Lee....you're almost there....hope you have some good books, TV, and computer games :)

Andrew....it is a good strong name....my #4's name :) Samuel is a wonderful name....always liked the name Sam.

Naming the baby....not an easy task....I named all my kids and Scott just agreed....not sure what I would have done if he didn't like the names that came to me in dreams.

Thinking of you.

Wow sorry to hear about the bedrest Mary Lee! You know, this would be a good time to get on a laptop and blog blog blog! :)

OK so on the name issue: I have a cousin named Andrew Thomas, and he happens to be a great guy! However, my name sickness comes into play a little here and I have to say that since Addie's name starts with an A, if you use Andrew you're going to have to have another child with an R name so Ryan will have a name buddy, too. I know, I'm nuts! :)

Anyway, I REALLY like Samuel and Jacob, too! So I'm no help Rob, sorry!

OHHH I just thought of something, if you use Andrew then Addie will have a name buddy... Ryan can have daddy as his name buddy but then you STILL have to have another baby with an M name! HA! Either way I want you to have more kids! :) OK I promise to stop thinking now!

Ok Mary Lee! What happened since we talked?!?? I hate to hear you are on bedrest. Let me know if you need anything! I am always out and about to pick things up if you need! I have to say, I like Andrew Thomas! And if Ryan picked it out, I dont think he will mind too much about the A's. We always had a hard time picking out boy names, not that we ever needed them :) Call if you need me! Love to all!
