Dynamite Birthday Week!!!!
Ryan and Carter - Carter, Ryan loves his Mac truck!
Thank you, thank you Lord for a great birthday for Ryan - thank you all for your prayers!! Ryan was feeling good and Addie was too - we praise Him for giving us these good days. We had a party on Sunday with family .... when asked what Ryan wanted his cake to say - he said, "Ryan is dynamite 5!" - so, that is exactly what it said (Ginger - the cake was perfect!). We had a good time playing all day with Uncle Keith and Emy Joe, cousin Jason and Eric, Granna, Papa, Grammy, and Pap. Monday was his actual birthday - we went to Chuck E. Cheese with some friends that night. Another really fun night for all of us - it was soooo good to see him having fun and getting to just be a kid having lots of fun. He ran non-stop and had lots of energy - yeah God!! Ryan started getting cards and packages in the mail the week before his birthday and it is still coming - you all are so good to us!! We are more than blessed .......
Ever present on my mind were the mommy's whose children now celebrate their birthdays in heaven with Jesus - when you're walking this road - you just think about these things pretty much all the time-you are very aware that these moments are precious and that there are no guarantees. Sending extra hugs and prayers to all you mommy's.
Ryan had a great day today and was thrilled to go to his friend Carter's birthday party. His counts are dropping, but was happy to get to play and visit with Carter. Happy Birthday Carter!!! You are Dynamite 5 too!!!!!
Ryan's temp. is up a bit tonight - please pray that it goes down and stays down. Makes me nervous with his counts falling and him having been exposed to strep from Addie. It keeps bouncing around from 99.6 - 100.1 - If it goes up to 100.5 - then we have to head to the ER - uuuggghhh! - we don't want to do that!

The pictures are wonderful. I am so glad Ryan was able to enjoy his dynamite 5th birthday. We pray for many more birthdays to come. You all are in prayers daily. I pray for comfort, strength, and protection for all of you. I admire your faith.

I hope Ryan is doing well today. I was looking around at sites of kids with medulloblastoma. My son Dylan has it too. I discovered that Ryan and Dylan were born on the exact same day. 05/26/02.
I was raised in nashville, and now I live in Los Angeles. Mom and Dad are still in Nashville.
